Definition and Functions
Learning goals:
Describe the cell and its importance as the main unit of life.
Identify and describe the main structures of eukaryotic cells, including the nucleus, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, cell membrane and the rest of organelles. Describe the processes of cellular respiration and photosynthesis and their role in energy production for cells.

Learning by doing: Los estudiantes realizarán la maqueta de la célula utilizando frutas y gomitas, e identificarán cada una de sus partes.
Diálogo del proyecto donde los estudiantes van a realizar un museo en vida, representando a los cientÃficos más importantes de la historia, hablarán de su vida y sus principales aportes cientÃficos.
