Identify the information given about the elements in the periodic table.
Recognize the similarities that place elements in the same column (group) or row (period) of the periodic table.
Identify the regions of the periodic table that contain metals, metalloids, nonmetals, and noble gases.

Learning activities:
T3-W1-W2
A los estudiantes se les designará 5 elementos químicos diferentes a cada uno, y en base a ello prepararán un Show n Tell, utilizando objetos de su diario vivir donde contenga los elementos químicos designados, para ello esta clase trabajarán en las diapositivas que van a utilizar el día de la exposición.
Además harán una exposición oral acerca de elementos químicos en la vida diaria.

Exposición Show n Tell sobre los elementos químicos encontrados en la vida diaria.
Learning by doing. Los estudiantes jugarán tres en raya, pero deberán adivinar el nombre correcto del símbolo químico para poder rayar su símbolo y ganar el juego.
