Use of Will / Won’t / Shall

Learning goals:
- Learn and use relevant vocabulary related to activities in the city, such as entertainment venues (e.g., cinema, park, museum), transportation (e.g., bus, subway, taxi), and types of food places (e.g., restaurant, cafƩ).
- Understand and use the future tense with “will” to make predictions and express spontaneous decisions about city activities. Practice forming sentences like “I will visit the museum” or “She will try the new restaurant.”
- Learn the negation form “won’t” and use it to express decisions not to participate in certain city activities. Practice sentences like “I won’t go to the concert” or “They won’t visit the zoo.”
- Introduce the use of “shall” for making suggestions or proposing activities. Practice sentences such as “Shall we go to the park?” or “What shall we do in the city today?”
- Listen to dialogues or short texts about city outings and demonstrate the ability to understand and extract information regarding future plans and decisions.

Learning activities:
1.- Uno Will/ won’t/ shall Challenge:Ā Each color in the Uno deck is going to have a specific option (will/won’t/shall), During their turn, players must play a card that matches either the color or the number of the card on the discard pile. When playing a card, the player must create a sentence using the designated one before or after describing the action of the card they are playing. For example: “I will draw two cards!”, “I won’t skip the next player!”.
