Learning goals:
By the end of the class, students should be able to describe the key anatomical structures of the digestive system and explain their respective functions in the process of digestion. This includes identifying major organs such as the stomach, small intestine, and large intestine, and understanding their roles in breaking down food and absorbing nutrients.
