Introduction to the Application Process:
Explain the common steps involved in the college application process, starting from researching colleges to submitting the final application.
Discuss the importance of researching colleges to find the right fit based on academic programs, location, campus culture, and other preferences.
Required Application Documents:
Detail the standard documents typically required for college applications, such as:
High school transcripts: Explain the significance of academic records and the process to obtain and submit these transcripts.
Letters of recommendation: Discuss the importance of recommendation letters and how to request them from teachers or mentors.
Standardized test scores: Provide an overview of tests (like SAT, ACT) that colleges often require and how to send scores to colleges.
Application essays/personal statements: Discuss the significance of well-crafted essays and what colleges look for in these documents.
