Combined Units: Area and Volume
Learning goals:
Identify appropriate tools and SI units for collecting, recording, and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data. Record precise and approximate measurements. Convert one measurement unit into another. Combine different units to get new measurement units like area, volume, density and speed.

Learning by doing: Ss will use the right tools to measure length and time, and then combine them to measure area, volume, density and speed.
Problem solved learning: Ss will do exercises in class to calculate the different combined units measurement and solver daily life based problems.
