Learning goals:

  • Identify instances of possession in sentences.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the appropriate possessive pronoun to use in context.
  • Recognize when to use Possessive Pronouns (e.g., mine, yours, his, hers, ours, theirs) versus Possessive ‘s (e.g., John’s book, Sarah’s car).
  • Demonstrate the ability to convey possession clearly in spoken interactions.
  • Learn and use possessive adjectives (my, your, his, her, our, their) in addition to possessive pronouns.
  • Engage in group activities and discussions that involve the use of possessive structures.

Learning activities:
1.- Speaking activity: Students will be distributed in pairs, they are going to describe the elements using possessives.

2.- Worksheet: By implementing what they have learned in class, students will develop the interactive activity, which should be sent through the classroom.Ā 

3.- Interactive activities wordwall – kahoot: Students will develop interactive activities in different platforms, where the teacher will be the moderator.
